CANCELLATIONS​

You agree to give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of the cost of your treatment. This will need to be paid to my by bank transfer before you can book any further treatments.

PAYMENT

My preferred method of payment is by debit or credit card, however I can also accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.

COVID-19​

  • Please do not book an appointment with me if you or anyone you live with has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days. If you test positive for COVID-19 in the 5 days leading up to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to rearrange.

  • Please wash your hands and/or feet with soap and water before your treatment begins and then sanitise them with the sanitiser I will provide.

  • I kindly ask that you keep contact with your personal belongings to a minimum during your appointment, and please do not touch any of my equipment unless you are asked to.

  • If you would like to wear a face covering during your treatment, please feel free to do so. I will happily wear one also if you would like me to.

SET UP

I will bring my own small table and stool so all you will need to provide is a seat for youself and a suitable space for your treatment. The space does not need to be big but must be away from direct sunlight. For example, a conservatory would not be suitable, but a living room or kitchen where a curtain or blind can be drawn across a window would be fine. 

YOUR NAILS

Please ensure you have nothing on your nails before your treatment. If I travel to your house and find you have a product on your nails requiring removal, I may need to cancel your appointment and you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
